Day 3 - 23 Aug 2009

We did the 2 presentations on Day 3 with the newly given tracks.
During the 1st presentation on Feeling less confident than Day 2, I thought we all didnt do as good as Day 2.
I think we were all exhausted.

The final assessment...well, I can't say we were prefect (no one is, anyway), but we tried to take in the feedbacks given by the trainer and incorp into the tracks.

Personally, I thought I could have performed better. Ok, I'm a perfectionist. *bleah*
Nonetheless, I passed. Probably most did, we do not know abt the rest cos results were given one by one, in private.

To those who are just one slight step away, we'll support you to follow up soon in that final lap eh.

IT'S FINALLY OVER~!

And yes, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, made new frens, learnt new stuff.

Empower and unleash!
Be a Fightaaaaaaaa! :)

Day 2 - 22 Aug 2009

Woke up to MORE butt pain, but still managed to crawl to the gym for 2nd day 满清十大酷刑。

Actually the worst has yet to come, if you know wat i mean. haha.

We presented our tracks assigned yesterday, twice.
I think generally we did fine, if not better. With a few minor improvements required, I think we should be able to breeze thru the final assessment.
If we believe, we can :)

Tracks assigned for final assessment:

Grace/Michelle/MF: T2: I Know KungFu
Shaw: T6: Burn it to the ground
Law: T3: Sweetheart

I personally didnt like T2 as a participant, so am finding ways to make sure I can bring up the atmosphere tmr.

oos~! =D

Day 1 - 21 Aug 2009

Punctured.
Low Batt.
Shagged out.
U name it, we have it.
But it was a good learning experience, dunno abt the rest, but I did enjoy today.
Although it was tiring.

Bad habits like posture, guards, kicks etc were corrected. I know we were bound to have bad habits, didn't know some of those that I thought were ok were actually wrong.

We were assigned the following tracks for Presentation on Day 2:

Grace & Law: T7 Speed
Michelle: T3 Sweetheart
Shaw: T5 Tutti Frutti
MF: T8 Set You Free

Guessed the MOST happy person got to be Michelle, cos tat is her fav. track in BC40.

The downside is: we won't get to present same tracks on Day 3.
Was told by the trainer tat pple like us who got T7/T8 will get lower intensity tracks like T2/T6 on Sunday.
Hmm.

I'm fine with the track assigned to me, be it tmr or even Sunday (assuming wat he said is going to be done).

We can brace thru this together, sharing breakfast bars, gatorade powders and maybe 林凤娇. Haha. Ok, this was a silly joke I cracked during lunch today.
I hope we can still laugh abt it 10 yrs down the road together, still doing BC =)

Huat arh!

The Birth of This Blog

Call me snaking or watever it is, but this thought has been in my mind since Day 1 when I signed up for this course.
I thought by having a blog like this, 5 yrs, 10 yrs down the road we can sit back and read through the 'trauma' we went through. Heh.
We can also make use of this blog to update one another on gym activities AFTER the course is over.
Pls, fully utilise this platform ok.

I have adjusted the settings so that the 5 of us who signed up for the course (Michelle/Grace/Lawrence/Shaw/myself) can post entries anytime.
I think we all have mixed feelings about signing up, like "Wat hv i gotten myself into?! Wat hv I done!?"

I admit I did regret signing up for this course when I faced some difficulties trying to pick myself up to revise the tracks. More so when I was facing some personal problems recently.
I almost wanted to give up, thinking that maybe I should just NOT appear on 21 Aug.

Having said so much, we have come so far.
I guess with the support from personal friends and the gym folks, we will breeze thru these 3 days.
I hope so eh.

XH! U supposed to help me prepare fireworks de hor, whether anot I pass/fail.
